1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TripMemo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use TripMemo. You are responsible for:

• •All activities that occur under your account
• •Providing accurate and complete information

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to TripMemo (photos, videos, notes). By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload and that it doesn't violate any laws or third-party rights.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Use TripMemo for any illegal purpose
• •Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• •Attempt to interfere with or compromise the service
• •Infringe on others' intellectual property rights

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TripMemo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripMemo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of TripMemo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TripMemo operates.

11. Subscriptions & Billing

TripMemo Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions to manage your subscription.

Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Subscription prices may vary by region and are displayed in the app before purchase.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
