How long does delivery take?

Every book is printed to order. UK orders usually arrive in 5 to 8 working days, and delivery is priced for your address before you pay. We also ship worldwide.

Can I see my book before I order?

Yes. The studio shows every page as it will print, and you can download a design proof before you pay.

Can I print more than one trip?

Bundle two or three different trips in one checkout, and each extra book costs less. Your saving is shown at checkout.

What sizes are there?

Hardcover and softcover come in A4 portrait (21 × 29.7 cm), A5 portrait (14.8 × 21 cm) and square (21 × 21 cm). Layflat comes in A4 landscape and square.

Is there a cover for my destination?

Very likely. There are 525 illustrated covers for countries, cities and US states, and you can always put one of your own photos on the front instead.

What is the difference between hardcover, softcover and layflat?

Hardcover is a sturdy hardback with a printed spine, made for the coffee table. Softcover is lighter and flexible, good for weekends and city breaks. Layflat has pages that open completely flat, so a photo can run across both pages without a fold.

What paper is it printed on?

Hardcover books are printed on 200gsm gloss photo paper, softcover on 150gsm gloss and layflat on 190gsm lustre.

How many pages can my photo book have?

Hardcover books have 24 to 298 pages, softcover 20 to 298 and layflat 18 to 120.

Can I add captions and text to my pages?

Yes. Every photo, caption and layout can be moved, resized and changed, and you can give the book its own title on the cover and spine.

Can I make my photo book on my phone?

Yes. Make it here on the web, or in the TripMemo app on iPhone. The app also sorts your trip photos by day and place for you.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery is priced for your address at checkout, and every order is sent tracked.
