Morning in the Marais
Le Marais, Paris
Woke early to catch the neighborhood before the crowds. Found a tiny café on Rue des Rosiers—just four tables, an ancient espresso machine, and an owner who nodded approvingly at my attempt at "un café, s'il vous plaît." The croissant was still warm. I sat by the window watching the street come alive: a woman walking her tiny dog in a sweater, a bakery delivery on a cargo bike, shopkeepers hosing down the cobblestones. This is the Paris I came to find.

- “Rue des Rosiers waking up. That golden morning light is real.”
- “Found the croissant that ruined all future croissants for me.”
Sunset at the Seine
Pont des Arts, Paris
We bought wine and cheese from a shop in Saint-Germain and walked to the bridge as the sun dropped. No plan, just following the light. The Eiffel Tower started twinkling exactly at 10pm—I didn't know it did that. Strangers around us gasped and cheered. A busker played La Vie en Rose on accordion. It was so cliché it circled back to being perfect. Paris at its most Paris. I never want to forget this feeling.

- “Picnic supplies secured. This is now our dinner tradition.”
- “The Seine at golden hour. I understand the painters now.”
- “That moment when 10pm hits and the Tower sparkles.”
