Shutterfly is a big US printer with a wide range: softcover, hardcover, standard and deluxe layflat, and flush mount albums, in sizes from 8 × 8 to 12 × 12 in. Its glossy hardcover is $39.98 at list price for 20 pages, and its designers will lay a book out for you within a day.
Books start at 20 pages and go to 111 (flush mount albums to 70). Shutterfly ships to more than 100 countries, Canada included, about 10 to 12 business days after a book leaves its plant.
For a trip, the gaps are the cover (a style or theme, not your destination), the page limit and the work: nothing is built from your trip, and there is no map of your route.
