Make a photo book of your Greece trip

- 4 places on the covers
- Hardcover, softcover or layflat, in three sizes
- Made on the web or in the app, printed when you order
A Greek holiday is often shaped like a ferry timetable. Two nights in Athens for the Acropolis, a crossing from Piraeus, a few days in Mykonos, then the onward boat to Santorini. Each stop has its own colours and its own photos, and the ferry decks in between deserve a page too.
These covers are drawn for that journey. Athens gets its temples and marble, Santorini its white chapels, Mykonos its cocktails and cats. For anywhere else you sailed to, from Crete to Corfu, the Greece designs (olive oil, an olive branch, an evil-eye charm) carry any island name you give them.

Where in Greece?
The cities, coasts and corners the Greece covers are drawn for. Pick the place your trip was about, or keep the whole country on the front.

Athens
4 covers
Athens usually opens the book: the Acropolis in the early morning before the crowds, the Plaka's narrow streets, the changing of the guard at Syntagma and dinner with the Parthenon lit up above you. Add the Acropolis Museum, the climb up Lycabettus Hill for sunset and a day out to the temple at Sounion, and Athens alone can fill a chapter. Its covers lean into the city's history with the Parthenon, Athena in her helmet and two takes on the Ionic column.
All Athens photo books

Santorini
2 covers
Santorini is the island people plan whole trips around: the sunset crowd in Oia, the caldera path from Fira to Imerovigli, a boat to the hot springs and the black beaches at Perissa. Both of its covers draw the blue-domed churches the island is known for, one with bougainvillea and one with its bell tower.
If the trip was a wedding or a honeymoon, the pink bougainvillea chapel suits it, and the cover title can carry your names instead.

Mykonos
2 covers
Mykonos is the windmills above Chora, the waterfront bars of Little Venice and long afternoons at the beach clubs. Its covers are as relaxed as the island: a cat in sunglasses with a spritz, and a coupe glass wearing an evil-eye charm.
Greece photo book ideas
Greek holidays run from May to October and are usually either a week on one island or a fortnight hopping between them by ferry, often starting in Athens. Here is how to turn that route into a book, island by island.
Build it chapter by chapter
Follow the route you took and let each stop be its own chapter. Turn on day pages and every day opens with a page you can title, so the book reads in the order you lived it.
Athens
The Parthenon early in the morning before the heat, the lanes of the Plaka, sunset from Lycabettus Hill and the Temple of Poseidon at Sounion.

Mykonos
The windmills above Chora, waves breaking under the balconies of Little Venice at sunset, and the whitewashed lanes before the shops open.

Paros and Naxos
Octopus drying outside the tavernas in Naoussa harbour, and the marble doorway of the Portara framing the sunset on Naxos.
Santorini
The blue domes and the caldera from the path between Fira and Oia, the sunset from Oia, and a boat to the hot springs.

Crete
The Venetian harbour and lighthouse at Chania, the turquoise lagoon at Balos, and the ruins of Knossos.
Corfu and the Ionian islands
Corfu Old Town's Venetian lanes, Myrtos beach on Kefalonia from the road above, and the shipwreck at Navagio on Zakynthos from the clifftop viewpoint.
The little things
The landmarks take care of themselves. These are the photos you’ll be glad you took.
- The wake behind the ferry
- Octopus drying in the sun
- Blue shutters on white walls
- Cats asleep on the steps
- Bougainvillea over a doorway
- A taverna table by the water
- A freddo espresso in the shade

Make it yours
Island hopping suits the route map, which opens your book with a title page showing where you went, so the hop from Athens to the Cyclades is the first thing anyone sees. Day pages then mark each new island. Use captions for beach and taverna names, which are easy to forget once you are home, and notes for the ferry that left without you.
Greek light is bright and the photos are often wide. A square or layflat book gives a sea view room to breathe across both pages.

Hardcover, softcover or layflat
The same Greece cover on all three books. Choose the one that suits your trip.

Greece photo book questions
Can I put Athens and the islands in one book?
Yes. One book holds the whole trip, mainland and islands. Add your photos, and day pages will mark where each stop begins. Choose a Greece cover, or the cover of the island you loved most.
Which cover suits a Santorini trip?
Santorini has a white chapel framed by pink bougainvillea and a white bell tower under a blue dome. Both show the island's famous blue domes.
Is there a cover for Crete, Corfu, Rhodes or Naxos?
There is no cover named for them, so choose one of the Greece designs, the olive oil, olive branch or evil eye, and change the cover title to your island. The illustration stays the same.
Can the cover show our names for a wedding or honeymoon?
Yes. The cover title and the year beneath it are editable, so you can put your names, a date or the name of the island.
Can I make my Greece photo book on my phone?
Yes. Make it here on the web or in the TripMemo app on iPhone. The app sorts photos by day and place, which helps when they span several islands.
Should I make one book or one per island?
One book suits most trips, with day pages marking each new island, so the ferry route reads in order. If you spent a long time on each island, or you go back to Greece every summer, a book per island with matching covers makes a lovely set on the shelf.
Can I put my own sunset photo on the cover instead?
Yes. The Image, Editorial and Arch styles put one of your own photos on the front, so the sunset from Oia or the view from your balcony can open the book.
How much does a Greece photo book cost?
A Greece photo book starts at £26.49 for a softcover, £28.49 for a hardcover and £41.99 for a layflat, before delivery. The price grows with the pages you add, and you see the exact total, with delivery to your address, before you pay. UK orders usually arrive in 5 to 8 working days, and we ship worldwide.
How many photos do I need for a Greece photo book?
A short break usually gives 60 to 120 photos worth printing, which fill 24 to 40 pages. A week gives 150 to 250 photos for 40 to 80 pages, and two weeks or more 250 to 400 photos for 80 to 150 pages. Your photos are laid out for you, two to a page by default, and you can change it to one to four.
