•Location data (when you tag memories)

We use the information we collect to:

•Provide, maintain, and improve our services
•Process your requests and transactions
•Send you technical notices and support messages
•Personalize your experience

Your trips and content are private by default. We only share your information:

•With collaborators you explicitly invite to your trips
•When required by law or to protect our rights
•With service providers who assist in our operations (under strict confidentiality)

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security audits.

•Delete your account and data (via Settings)

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently delete your data within 30 days, except where we're required by law to retain certain information.

7. Children's Privacy

TripMemo is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or through the app.

9. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to help us operate and improve TripMemo:

Mixpanel (analytics): Tracks app usage patterns and feature engagement to help us improve the user experience. Collects device type, app version, and anonymized usage events. We do not collect advertising identifiers.

Sentry (error monitoring): Collects crash reports and error logs to help us identify and fix bugs. May include device information and user identifiers for debugging purposes.

RevenueCat (subscriptions): Manages subscription billing and purchase verification. Collects purchase history and subscription status.

Supabase (database): Stores your account and content data on secure, encrypted servers.

Mapbox (maps): Provides mapping services. When you use map features, Mapbox may collect anonymized location data.
